Hi! I am Angela Williams and in 2014 I created a program and launched it out into the world! Yesssssah!.  I have worked with some of thee most amazing  women helping them to take the journey to the truest part of themselves.  My fullest intention is to see greatness manifested in the lives of those I come into contact with.   Out of my commitment to that intention I have seen amazing life transformations take place in the lives of the women that I serve.

I have helped women to answer life purpose questions, create a life by design,  use their unique gifts and talents to step out on their dreams and goals .

I help clients to  Live Their Best Life and to walk confidently in who they were created to be.

Finding Myself

I helped Angela first. Anything that I have done in my life initially started with me. I am all for doing your own work. Truth is, I never ever wanted to tell anyone anything with regards to how to live their life, but when I discovered my gifts and understood my calling it became clear that I must give out what has been given to me to help others. My Journey with Authenticity  began in 1995 on my way to work.  That morning I took my usual short cut to work and I was reading an article out of a magazine that provoked me in a way that shook me to my core.  I found myself standing at the end of an alley way asking myself " Who are You?"  What is your Purpose? Where are you going ? Is there more to you than what meets the natural eye?

That day was the beginning of my journey. I made the  conscious decision to challenge some truths that I had accepted. I learned that I could remove myself from anything that would keep from living my best life. I decided to take a journey towards my core to discover who I was. Who would have thought 12 years later I would help others take the same journey. 

My Aha Moment!

It was clear that I was being called to work with Authenticity so I stepped out on faith and with courage I responded to the call by creating a signature program that continues to amaze me as I get to see powerful transformations take place in the lives of my clients. I am proud of this body of work. I have always been a treasurer tapper who loves to tap human potential. Now the coaching part is another story, I was not so sure about calling myself a coach, but then My aha moment happened, I heard my  voice saying " Here is your homework and reading assignment see you next week at the same time."  In that very moment I realized that I could not count the number of times I had said that or the number of women who sought me out on a regular basis for coaching.  Here was my work presenting itself and coaching would be the method . Not only was I a coach, I was a Break-Through Coach. I soon discovered that my work in the Human and Social Service field has provided me a wealth of experience that informs and guides my work as a coach. Coaching’ was a perfect fit given my professional experience, personality and passion for helping people better themselves. I am a genuine  compassionate spirit who lives by the notion of call and the minute I answered the call to coach everything I needed to move forward presented itself.  From that aha moment til now I am ecstatic and passionate about the journey and the process that brought me to this point. I made a courageous decision to leverage my value, knowledge and expertise to transform lives.     

What I Believe

I believe that who I am has always been there and has been developed through my lifes work and experiences in life. I believe to be a good leader of anything you have to be great at following.  I have been developed, mentored and prepared to answer the call to impact the lives of others. I believe If I keep a heart attitude towards my work and continue relationship building that I will be successful in whatever I set out to accomplish in life, ministry and business.

Stepping Out In My Greatness

I  created my signature group coaching program  Living The Authentic Life Trans-formational Group Coaching Program™

 This program has impacted the lives of women helping them to let go of pretense and breakthrough to the light within them.  In LTAL women learn how to stand in their greatness, overcome their fears, and are prepared for optimal functioning that allows them  to live life being their best self, maximizing and leveraging their potential. 

I am a Breakthrough Coach, I tap and unlock potential and help clients to connect and align with their core being. I created innovative tools and employ techniques that result in life transformations.  I am a teacher one who facilitates learning.  I help clients to develop what is going to take them to the  next level. My enthusiasm for coaching is in rooted in the notion of  building people who have a strong desire to fulfill their purpose and mission in life.  In order to do the work that I do it is important that I create an atmosphere that provides a place for my clients to do the work.

  Respect, and the creation of meaningful Relationships that Inspires Builds Impacts Transforms and  Innovates are important to the work that I do with my clients.

My Programs and Workshops are designed to help clients reach learning objectives through some of the  some of which I have designed and created. Out of my passion for coaching comes my creativity.  I create colorful tools that are simplistic to help my clients to do their work around authenticity.

Angela Williams is the founder of Angela Williams- Coaching Consulting & Training.  Angela's 20 plus  years of career and educational experience has given her the ideal blend of theory and practicality to be an effective coach.  Her background includes Staff Development, Group Facilitation, Organizational Culture, Team Dynamics, and Effective Communication.
Angela brings innovation and fun to her work, while inspiring others to believe in themselves and to take bolder action.  As an experienced group facilitator she has a rich depth of experience in guiding clients through a process.
